Shipping Info: We use non-trackable shipping from the Norwegian mail service (posten.no) for packages under 2 kg. Within Norway it may take up to 10 service days, within EU up to 18 service days and worldwide up to 24 service days. We ship as soon as we can, but mail demand in your area may cause the package to be delayed because of imports/taxes/pandemics. Contact us if you haven't received your package in a months time at post@nordicmission.net.
Return Policy: In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. The 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases.

Some of the exemptions are sealed audio, video or computer software, such as DVD/CD/LPs, which you have unsealed upon receipt. Please contact us at post@nordicmission.net if you wish to return some of your unsealed products.
